Refund Policy

Billing partner
Policyflow subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Paddle processes payments and any approved refunds back to the original payment method.
Subscription charges
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. It does not create a prorated refund for unused time in the current billing period.
Refund requests
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. To request a refund, email hello@applikeable.com with the email address used for purchase, your organisation name, and the date of the charge.
Refund requests submitted after 14 days of purchase are not eligible for a refund.
Processing time
If a refund is approved, Paddle will return the funds to the original payment method. Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
